  • Services are delivered at the customer’s chosen address (home, office, or event location).

  • Customers must ensure correct address and contact details at the time of booking.

  • Requests outside these areas may not be accepted.
     

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Event-based services (like photography, catering, or music shows) are delivered on the pre-agreed scheduled date and time.
