MistriPro Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without any charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time may attract a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service value).
     

2. Refunds

  • If you cancel in time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If a service is not delivered due to our fault, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • No refund will be issued for completed services.
     

3. Payment Gateway

  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take additional time depending on your bank.
