The painter will evaluate the current condition of the surfaces, check for issues such as cracks, peeling paint, dampness, or wall damage, and determine the preparation work needed before painting begins. Based on the inspection, the painter will discuss suitable paint types, color options, finishing styles, and the overall painting process with you. After understanding your requirements and examining the space, the painter will provide a detailed price estimate for the work, including labor, materials, and any additional preparation or repair work that may be required. This consultation helps you understand the scope of the painting project, estimated cost, and timeline before starting the work, allowing you to make an informed decision for your home or building painting needs.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges. That means free cancellation is allowed until exactly 24 hours before the scheduled service time (based on IST). • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee (upfront paid amount). • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability of time slots. • If our service provider reaches the location and the service cannot be provided due to customer unavailability, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. • For emergencies, please contact our support team — we will do our best to assist you.
