That means free cancellation is allowed until exactly 24 hours before the scheduled service time (based on IST). • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee (upfront paid amount). • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability of time slots. • If our service provider reaches the location and the service cannot be provided due to customer unavailability, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. • For emergencies, please contact our support team — we will do our best to assist you.
