Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges. That means free cancellation is allowed until exactly 24 hours before the scheduled service time (based on IST). • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee (upfront paid amount). • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability of time slots. • If our service provider reaches the location and the service cannot be provided due to customer unavailability, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. • For emergencies, please contact our support team — we will do our best to assist you.
